Prince Harry reportedly has to give the UK’s Home Office 28 days’ notice before traveling there. This is so his security needs could be determined, the New York Post reports.

UK HOME OFFICE NEEDS TO DETERMINE PRINCE HARRY SECURITY NEEDS BEFORE VISIT

According to a new report obtained by The Telegraph, The Duke of Sussex was asked to notify the UK Home Office of any potential British travel plans at least a month in advance. This is reportedly so they can decide the level of security needed since he “stepped back” from royal life in 2020, the New York Post reports.

The Mirror reports Prince Harry has been in a long running dispute with the government about his security arrangements when back in the UK.

According to the publication, the unresolved issue has led to a prolonged legal battle between Harry and the Home Office. He is reportedly not allowed to pay for police protection.

This while the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s coronation attendance are yet to be confirmed.

In an interview with her close friend Gayle King, the former talk show host, Oprah Winfrey, shared her thoughts on whether the Duke and Duchess of Sussex should attend the coronation, Tatler  reports.

“I think they should do what they feel is best for them and for their family. That’s what I think,” she said in an on-air interview, the publication reports.

“That’s what the bottom line — it comes down to: ‘What do you feel like is the best thing for you?’ They haven’t asked me for my opinion,” Winfrey continued.
